These classes focus on sattvic (pure) cooking, emphasizing vegetarian and Ayurvedic principles. Participants learn to prepare traditional Indian dishes using fresh, local ingredients.
An intensive cooking workshop where participants learn to prepare five different courses, including chicken or vegetable curry, paneer dishes, dal, seasonal vegetables, flatbreads, and cumin rice. The class concludes with a meal of the prepared dishes.
A 3-day workshop focusing on woodcut printmaking techniques, suitable for participants aged 12 and above. Seats are limited.
